Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - an elderly person over the age of 65 - A person who can walk alone and has no problems with his or her daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - a person with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders - A person who is deemed inappropriate for the responsible researcher to participate in the study due to other reasons.
