Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) a patient over 20 years of age 2) a patient scheduled to undergo coronary angiography and intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) If the pulse of the left distal radial armature is not palpated (2) If the pulse of the right conventional radial armature is not palpable (3) If you have an Arteriovenous Fistula (4) Patients with Acute myocardial Infarction (AMI) (5) Where access to the femoral artery must be performed (shock condition, etc.) (6) If there is an atrioventricular block (7) In the case where an ergonovine probation test is to be performed (8) If the patient refuses to consent to the study (9) a pregnant or nursing woman
