Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing microvessel decompression at Samsung medical center, aged 20 to 70 years, American Society of Anesthesiologist Classification (ASA) 1, 2, 3 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity or side effects to local anesthetics Patients with a history of drug abuse o Patients with chronic pain disease or psychologic disorder Patients with a history of receiving steroid treatment for cerebral edema within 1 week of surgery Pregnant or lactating women Creatinine > 2.0 mg/dl BMI 35 Platelet count 40s PT(INR) > 1.5
