Procedure/Surgery : They received the BoNT-A injections to the affected medial gastrocnemius (GCM) muscle with dose of 2-5 U /kg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between the ages of 2 and 12 with spastic cerebral palsy who agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have undergone botulinum toxin treatment or plaster fixation within the past 6 months (2) Underwent orthopedic surgery of the lower extremities (3) Had surgical treatment (4) Judged unsuitable for this study by other researchers
