Behavioral : 4 sessions of couple-centered prenatal education and counseling (1 hour of education and counseling for each session)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 20 years old, married, couple, who have first pregnancy with 28 to 34 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk pregnancy related disease or pre existing disease that may make a pregnancy complication : gestational diabetes, hypertension, placental and cervical problems
