Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult : Age = 19 years 2. Patients who underwent surgical operation under general anesthesia in 2019 -2021(for retrospective review) 3. All consecutive patients who will receive surgical operation under general anesthesia in 2022- (for retrospective comparison with 2019-2021 for validation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation 2. Surgical operation which does not need pre-anesthesia evaluation. 3. Decompensated cirrhosis 4. Patients with short life-expectancy (less than 1 year) ex) HCC etc.
