Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A person who understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study; 2. Adults over 20 and under 60 years of age 3. A person who falls within 7 or more days of infection and within 45 days 4. A person who can communicate 5. A person who has not received inpatient treatment at a hospital designated by the state due to worsening respiratory symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A person who is diagnosed with high blood pressure or low blood pressure and takes oral medicine 2. A person who takes aromas or tablets for sleep disorders 3. A person who is taboo in Aroma 4. Pregnant person 5. A person who works at night
