Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with early thymic epithelial tumor (AJCC TNM stage I) 2. The patients older than 19 years old 3. The patients who can approve the consent of the study and follow the requirement of the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with myasthenia gravia 2. Pathologically proven thymic carcinoma 3. AJCC TNM stage II ~ IV 4. The tumor which is located above the innominate vein. 5. When other combined surgery is required. (for example, wedge resection of suspicious lung cancer) 6. Any other patients who is not suitable to the study.
