Others(Saccadic eye movement training) : Experimental group: 2Hz saccadic eye movement training was conducted for 5 minutes each in the morning and afternoon, 5 times a week for 4 weeks. Control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - older adults can walk independently - who don't have visual disease or dizziness - patients who voluntarily consented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - who have discomfort such as dizziness when performing eye movement exercises. - who do not meet the criteria for subject selection - who have had surgery or fractures within 6 months - with previous neurological and vestibular damage - with orthopedic diseases that affect balance - who cannot perform a visual perception test - Decreased cognitive function, MMSE 24 points or less
