Inclusion criteria: - Women diagnosed with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis by a gastroenterologist - Women who have not given birth - Women who understood the purpose and contents of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Women who are scheduled for surgery or hospitalization during this study
