Others(Auricular Acupressure ) : For auricular acupressure, 1 cm x 1 cm commercial auricular acupressure patches, each with a semen vaccaria seed at the center, were used. Before applying the patches,

however, in consideration of a previous study that determined that application of auricular acupressure for at least four weeks was effective for normalization and vitalization of long-term immune fun

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The specific criteria for the subject selection were mothers who were breastfeeding newborns and infants and experiencing breast pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who were using complementary and alternative therapy like auricular acupressure or auricular acupuncture to reduce breast pain, taking medicine and health supplements for pain reduction, and having lesions in both ears were excluded in the subject selection.
