Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old and american society of anesthesiologist classification I-III who are undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia using a laryngeal mask

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient refusal 2) Patients without teeth or with dentures 3) head and neck surgery 4) contraindication of laryngeal mask airway (for example, oral problems or mechanical ventilation failure 5) body mass index>40kg/m2

MeasureTime frame
To compare the incidence of TMJ dysfunction (TMJ dysfunction: interincisional distanc changes more than 10% between before and after surgery)

Difference in distance of the front and rear, left and right jaw movements between before and after surgery
