Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 19 years or older patients with stroke after three months of the first onset a baseline score on the Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity of 30 or higher patient with partial mass flexion/extension and thumb movement with the paralyzed hand (finger MRC scale 2-3) ability to follow simple instructions patients who voluntarily consented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe orthopedic or neuropsychologic problems excessive spasticity in the distal part (Modified Ashworth Scale>=2) severe upper extremity pain severe neglect syndrome
