Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 20 and 75 who need gastroduodenoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Helicobacter pylori carrier gastric/duodenal ulcer Past history of intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer Past blood test abnormalities (Liver function test – AST or ALT rise more than 1.5 times the normal limit, total bilirubin more than 1.5mg/dL, Renal function test – Creatinine clearance < 30 mL/min, uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes, blood clotting level Abnormality – Platelet count less than 100,000, PT/aPTT increased by more than 20% of the normal value) chronic alcoholics Taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant
