Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older 2. mechanically ventilated patients with a Endotracheal tube or tracheal tube 3. patients cannulated with arterial line. 4. hemodynamically stable condition( mean arterial blood pressure?65mmHg and 50bpm?Heart rate?130bpm sinus rhythm) patie

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose ventilator settings (FiO2, PEEP) have changed before and after treatment 2. Patients who are perfoming prone position 3. Patients who are inhaling Nitric Oxide gas
