Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with HbA1c more than 7.5% and less than 9.5% Subjects who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with diabetes other than type 2 diabetes Those who require immediate hospitalization due to acute diabetic complications Patients with serious infections, surgeries, or serious injuries Those who have difficulty in education using the digital smart platform If the subject does not consent to this study
