Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study - Those who are 20 years of age or older and able to communicate - Persons working in shifts - Those who have no hearing or smell problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who consumed alcohol-containing food 24 hours before the treatment - Persons suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders or taking drugs such as sleeping pills and anti-anxiety drugs - Those who have been diagnosed with a physical or medical disease such as high blood pressure and are receiving treatment - Those who have side effects to aroma oil - Persons taking drugs such as pain relievers and steroids - pregnant
