Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CHB induced LC, HCC(size less than 3cm), more than 19 years old HCC diagnosed with histology CHB induced liver cirrhosis CHB Normal control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.HCV,HIV positive patients 2.Liver transplantation 3.Prior diagnosed with HCC and other malignancy (more than 5 yrs is possible) 4.Steroid or immnosupressed agents(recent 3 month, more than 2 weeks prescription duration) 5.No recent HCC (less than 1 month interval) in CT or MRI in patients with CHB or CHB induced LC
