Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults over 20 years of age who have been diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and have undergone hemodialysis for at least 3 months - Those who visit the outpatient clinic at least once a week and perform hemodialysis - Those who can read Korean, use the Internet community and respond to mobile surveys - Those who understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily agree to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Subjects hospitalized for other complications - Subjects who expressed their intention to refuse to participate in the study during the study - Those who cannot prepare meals according to their own decisions - Subjects participating in other studies related to dietary self-care
