Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Men and women between the ages of 20 and 75. 2) Test group: According to the 2017 World Workshop diagnostic criteria, two or more subgingival cleft surgery or gingival valve surgery among patients with general chronic periodontitis of moderate (Stage III, grade B) or higher who need it. 3) Control group: Patients with radiographic alveolar bone loss limited to the cervical 1/3 (<15%). 4) Those who have at least 18 existing natural teeth 5) Those who signed the participation agreement before the start of the test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who received scaling and prophylactic periodontal treatment within 3 months of visit 1. 2) History of previous myocardial infarction 3) History of previous heart valve surgery (mechanical valve, tissue valve) 4) Pregnant and breastfeeding women 5) ongoing malignancy 6) If you do not understand the contents of this study or do not agree to the study 7) In case it is judged unsuitable by other researchers
