Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with malignant hilar biliary stenosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical treatment is available 2. History of hepatobiliary system surgery 3. Under the age of 19 4. Patients with uncontrolled cardiovascular and respiratory disorders for which sedation endoscopy is at risk or impossible 5. Patients who did not obtain informed consent 6. Patients unable to undergo endocopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography due to anatomical changes or gastrointestinal obstruction due to previous surgery
