Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants born before 32 weeks of gestation or birth weight less than 1500g 2. Appropriate gestation age 3. Infants whose patients signed the consent form after understanding the purpose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infants who had major congenital anomalies including face, central nervous system, gastro-intestine, and heart. 2. Infants with gastrointestinal complication such as necrotizing enterocolitis or who had gastrointestinal operation 3. Nil per os (NPO) was needed due to deterioration of digestive system 4. Infants with severe intraventricular hemorrhage (Grade 3-4, classification by papile et al.) 5. Infants with invasive mechanical ventilatory support 6. Infants who have skin infection
