Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age - more than 19 years old 2. Patients diagnosed fatty liver in US 3. Patients excluded with other liver disease including viral hepatitis, alcohol liver dz, autoimmune hepatitis, etc 4. Patients who consented permission and are possible for continuous follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with other liver disease including viral hepatitis, alcohol liver dz, autoimmune hepatitis, and other cause of chronic liver dz 2. Patients who have difficulty for assessment for measurement of visceral fat in US 3. Patients who have difficulty for assessment for CAP in fibroscan 4. Patients who have other severe disease including CHF, CRF, and malignancy, etc 5. Patients who refused to attend the study 6. Patients who are inappropriate for study in the judgement of reseacher
