Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria will include the following: (1) women aged from 19 to 70 years; (2) histologically confirmed stage I, II, and III breast cancer patients; (3) medically suitable for evaluation and participation in exercise intervention; (4) no evidence of distance metastasis or locally-recurrent breast cancer; and (5) ability to understand and provide written informed consent in Korean.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: This study will exclude (1) patients who were scheduled bilateral breast surgery; (2) immediate breast reconstruction surgery; (3) mental impairment leading to inability to cooperate; (4) current pregnancy or plans to become pregnant within the 1 year; (5) any other condition or any undercurrent illness (as assessed by the investigator), makes the participant a poor candidate for the trial.
