Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 19 years or older 2. Patients expected to be admitted for more than 48 hours in the intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been admitted to the intensive care unit within 1 year (re-admitted patients) 2. Patients registered as disabled before admission to the intensive care unit (including physical disability and brain lesion disorder) 3. Patients diagnosed with mental health problems such as depression, anxiety disorders, and sleep disorders before admission to the intensive care unit 4. Patients unable to answer the questionnaire due to physical and cognitive decline 5. Patients with delirium at the time of recruitment 6. Patients who are diagnosed with terminal disease or end-of-life by the attending physician
