Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients eligible for ESD among patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer or gastric adenoma arising from the antrum or pylorus. 2. Patients who underwent prophylactic GO-POEM of post-ESD stenosis among patients who underwent ESD greater than 3/4 of the lumen circumference in gastric antrum and pylorus 3. Patients who underwent prophylactic oral steroid treatment for post-ESD stenosis among patients who underwent ESD greater than 3/4 of the lumen circumference in the gastric antrum and pylorus. 4. Patients who did not receive any other treatment for post-ESD stenosis among patients who underwent ESD greater than 3/4 of the lumen circumference in the gastric antrum and pylorus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with insufficient records of clinical information for the study 2. Patients who underwent surgery because of a serious complication after surgery or deep invasion of cancer in the pathology report
