Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? A patient diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma of T1aN0M0 (size 4 cm or less) by imaging examination. ? Patients who are difficult to apply surgical treatment due to one of the following conditions. ? Elderly patients aged 75 years or older ? Those with ECOG behavior level 2 or higher ? Those with a Charlson comorbidity index of 3 or higher. ? Those who refused surgical treatment. ? Those who agreed to the clinical trial ? Those who have not received systemic treatment for renal cell carcinoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who did not consent to the clinical trial. ? Those who have not performed the imaging test. ? Those with clinical stage T1b or higher. ? Those who have lymph nodes (N1) or distant metastases (M1) on imaging tests. ? Those who have undergone systemic treatment for renal cell carcinoma.
