Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? age = 60y ? patients undergoing urological surgery under general anesthesia using laryngeal mask ? surgery requiring invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring (high risk a significant change of blood pressure such as bladder hydrodistention, or high risk of bleeding, such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with pulmonary hypertension ? Patients with right heart failure ? withdrawal of consent ? laryngeal mask is not applied (such as risk of tooth injury) ? Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for this clinical trial according to the opinion of the investigators
