Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Hemiplegia due to stroke six months after onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? severe contracture due to orthopedic disease of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist joints ? cognitive impairment or dementia with a Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination score of 23 or lower who were unable to understand instructions or inability to understand oral instruction
