Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A geriatric patient (older than 65 years of age) undergoing elective TURB for bladder cancer, will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A geriatric patient (> 65 years of age), who has undiagonsed or uncontrolled general illness, including hypertension, DM or neuroendocrine disease, who cannot communcate with medical personnel or who has past history of allergy or hypersensitivity to benzodiazepine agent, will be excluded.
