Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults between the age of 30 to 70. ? Patients who have been diagnosed with hypertension or stage 2 prehypertension and those who are taking hypertension medication ? Have understood the objective of the study and agrees to participate ? Have no issues with communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with illnesses such as cancer that may be problematic for follow-up ? Other issues that the researcher may deem problematic for participation
