Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants over 20 years who complained of chronic low back pain for three months or longer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: 65 years of age or older, back pain accompanied by neurological symptoms, history of back surgery, visual analog scale (VAS) score < 4, severe scoliosis with Cobb’s angle exceeding 10-degree, severe arthritis of the lower extremities (hip, knee, and ankle), and pregnancy.
