Interventions

Drug : 1. Short-term therapy (ST): Prednisolone 60mg/m2 (max 60g/day) daily oral administration (divided 2-3 times) for 4 weeks followed by Prednisolone 40mg/m2 (max 50mg/day) alternative day oral adm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Newly diagnosed nephrotic syndrome -Remission within 28 days with glucocorticoid -Exceeding 1 year old and under 16 years old -Patients who agreed to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Secondary nephrotic syndrome - Decreased complement (C3 < 60 mg/dL) - Present extrarenal symptoms (neurologic, GI, cardiac, hematologic, lung, musculoskeletal, rheumatologic, endocrinologic, eye, ear disorder) - History of kidney transplantation - Present gross hematuria - Increased serum creatinine (or decreased glomerular filtration rate) - Present hypertension
