Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ¦ Those who are 65 years of age older ¦ Those who do not have cardiovascular or respiratory diseases or psychiatric diseases ¦ Those who do not have problems with communication ¦ Those with a score of 24 or higher in the Korean version of the Mini-Mental state examination (MMES-K) ¦ Those who understand this study and wish to participate
