Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - The international consensus on the diagnosis of single-sided deafness ( 4-tone PTA = 30 dB HL in one ear and =70 dB HL in the other ear) - Over 1 month of hearing loss - right-handedness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A history of neurological or neuropsychiatric disease or related medication experience - History of diabetes and high blood pressure - Those with cognitive problems - claustrophobia - When there is a possibility of danger when taking magnetic resonance imaging due to the insertion of metal material in the body such as a pacemaker - When it is impossible to attach and detach a wig or metal material from the outside of the body - If the consent form is not submitted
