Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (MCI) 1) cognitive complaints by a patient or caregiver 2) delayed recall score of the verbal learning test < -1SD 3) no impaired in the instrumental activities of daily living (SIADL<8, KIADL<0.42) 4) no demented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other neurological and psychiatric diseases other than Alzheimer's disease that may affect cognitive function 2) In case of physical abnormalities judged by the clinician to cause difficulties in conducting the study
