Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection Criteria: - A nurse currently working at a general hospital or higher who has been in service for more than 6 months and is providing direct nursing care. - Those who agreed to voluntarily participate in the online survey after hearing the explanation of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: - Nursing unit managers or administrative departments, those who do not provide direct nursing while working in an outpatient setting.
