Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3rd and 4th year undergraduate nursing students. 2. Not having simulation training experiences in culturally diverse patients. 3. Not having practicum for developing cultural competence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, who are at risk of seizures caused by VR use 2. Having experienced dizziness when using VR in the past
