Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among adult patients diagnosed with adhesive arthritis at Bundang-gu B Hospital in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, there were no specific findings on X-ray examination if the shoulder joint movement range decreased and pain occurred naturally, and the normal outer rotation and inner rotation range were limited to less than 50%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inherent problems of the shoulder itself, dislocation or dislocation of the shoulder, rotator cuff injury, fracture, surgery, cervical or systemic disease, nerve damage, diabetes and thyroid lesions, infection, etc
