Inclusion criteria: Posttraumatic Diagnostic Scale (PDS): over 11score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have been diagnosed with acute disease and are receiving treatment - Those who are unable to communicate verbally - In case of taking medication, check in advance
