Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee pain, swelling, or reduced range of movement due to gonarthrosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Except for patients under the age of 20, over 70, weighing under 45kg or over 100kg, those with an American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 3 or above, those allergic to local anesthetics, and other serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or hematological abnormalities
