Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time mothers who gave birth to a newborn with a gestational age of 35 weeks and 0 days or more and a weight of 2.5 kg or more 2. First-time mothers who are capable of breastfeeding and who intend to breastfeed 3. New mothers who do not have any medical, physical or mental problems while breastfeeding 4. First-time mothers who understand the purpose of the study and the contents of the questionnaire and have accepted the research participation in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers who do not intend to breastfeed 2. Mothers unable to breastfeed due to CMV infection or HIV infection 3. Mothers with serious physical and mental complications after childbirth 4. Pregnant women and mothers who gave birth to multiple fetuses 5. Mothers with hearing impairment considering telephone counseling intervention
