Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 19 and under 70 years of age Patients with either of the following 1. BMI = 30kg/m2 2. 27 = BMI < 30kg/m2, and with risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia Those who agreed to maintain a low-calorie diet and exercise during the study period Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with endocrine diseases that can affect weight (hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc.) Those who have lost 10% or more of their previous weight within 6 months Patient with a serious underlying disease In the past 3 months, person who have taken drugs that may affect weight (appetite suppressants, laxatives (without preparations) or oral steroids, thyroid hormones, or drugs that affect absorption, metabolism, or excretion (ex. diuretics)) Those who have a significant neurological or psychiatric medical history or are currently suffering from a medical condition Pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant or women of childbearing potential who do not agree to the choice of an appropriate method of contraception(A woman of childbearing potential refers to a woman who has not undergone hysterectomy or surgical treatment, i.e., bilateral fallopian tubal suture, bilateral oophorectomy, etc., within 2 years of menopause) A person who is judged to be inappropriate to apply CP
