Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Among the first-time adult (over 19 years old) outpatients of the medical-Korean cooperation pilot project, patients with low back pain as the main symptom ? A patient who has decided to participate in this study voluntarily or as a representative (guardian) and signed the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Auto insurance patient ? Patients participating in other studies (not applicable to patients participating in observational or research studies) ? Patients who are expected to be difficult to follow up due to unstable residence or unclear contact information ? Patients who are expected to have difficulty understanding and responding to research questionnaires such as illiteracy and mental and physical weakness ? Patients who find it difficult to participate in the study as judged by other researchers
