Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Legal adults aged between 18~55 - Individuals who met the criteria for any depressive disorder based on SCID-5, or scored > 5 (mild depression) - Individuals who are able to read and speak Korean - Individuals who have ability to use online video conferencing program and mobile phone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who are currently undergoing psychotherapy - Individuals who's had adjustments in psychiatric medication over the past month. - Individuals with psychotic symptoms - Individuals with extremely high risk for suicide
