Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ages of 40 and under 70 who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2) taking one or more diabetic medication 3) have HbA1c >7.0% measured in the last 6 months or higher 4) using an Android smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have comorbidities that interfere with physical activity 2) received acute stage treatment (chemotherapy, intensive care unit treatment, etc.) within the past year 3) have cognitive problems that impede communication 4) participating in other self-managed studies
