Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to evaluate the effects of the program, nurses recruited from 5 hospitals in 5 regions in Korea will be randomly assigned to an experimental group (75 persons) and a control group (75 persons). - Novice nurses with more than 6 months and less than 24 months of experience in the hospital - A nurse who can use a personal pc (window)
