Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? over 19 years of age ? Those patients who had undergone breast reconstruction with autologous flap after mastectomy due to breast cancer ? In case of ADM(megaderm) applied in a breast reconstruction surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? current smoker (over one cigarette in a day) ? patients confirmed whole body metastasis of breast cancer ? who will be get a radiation therapy after surgery ? who have been Angina pectoris, COPD, diabetes, renal failure, metabolic disease or any of history ? pregnant or lactating women
