Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute decompesated heart failure patients need to be admitted for treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Respiratory infection, Sepsis, Significant lesions in pulmonary/vocal cord/larynx, acute coronary syndrome within 4 weeks, serum Cr>3mg/dL, patients who are unable to speak Korean
