Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among outpatients 5-15 years old who have underlying diseases such as autoimmune disease, chronic kidney disease, or immunosuppressant taking autoimmune suppressants who visit Seoul National University Children's Hospital, patients who have received a COVID-19 vaccine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Children without underlying medical conditions - Children who have never been vaccinated against COVID-19 - When the child or parent does not consent to participate in the study - If the foreign parent is the guardian who has difficulty understanding the explanation and consent form in Korean
